Bright welcome pack for program participants
An undated diary with a soft touch coating and a neat UV logo print became the center of the set. The soft cover is pleasant to the touch, does not glare in the photo, and it is convenient to write down ideas and session notes. A metal handle coated with soft touch and UV printing supports the overall palette and gives a clear, readable identity. The YCIE Research Fellow DTF seal works as a badge strap and as a separate souvenir that participants use after the event.
This kit covers all the basic needs of the participant: transfer materials, keep records, attach a badge or key card. The black shopper becomes the background for the bright orange block, so the set looks good in group photos and videos. The minimum number of elements makes the merch universal; it can be given out at conferences, summer schools, accelerators and as a welcome pack to new research fellows.
